Domestic Jurisdiction in ICC Offences

Section 8.—(1) Any person who does any act specified in paragraph 3 of Article 25 (crimes ancillary to genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes) is guilty of an offence (in this Act referred to as an “ancillary offence”).
(2) Subsection (1) is without prejudice to section 7 (penalties for assisting offenders) of the Criminal Law Act 1997.
