(7) If at any stage of the proceedings it appears that there are grounds for suspecting that the person has committed an ICC offence, the judge shall—
(a) inform the person of his or her rights under paragraph 2 of Article 55,
Rights during investigation - informed of belief that crime has been committed
Rights during investigation - remain silent
Rights during investigation - legal assistance
Rights during investigation - questioned in presence of counsel
