International Crimes
7. (1) For the purposes of proceedings for an offence under section 6, the following provisions of the Rome Statute shall apply, with any necessary modifications—
(i) article 31 (which specifies grounds for excluding criminal responsibility);

Mental disease or defect - national proceedings
Intoxication - national proceedings
Necessity - national proceedings
Self-defence - national proceedings
Duress - national proceedings
