9. War crimes.
(2) For the purposes of this section, a “war crime” is an act specified in –
(c) article 8(2)(c) of the Statute (which relate to armed conflict not of an international character involving serious violations of article 3 common to the four Geneva Conventions of 12 August 1949); or
Cruel treatment - NIAC
Murder - NIAC
Mutilation - serious violation of Common Article 3 - NIAC
Not affording judicial guarantees to the passing of sentences and the carrying out of executions - NIAC
Outrages upon personal dignity - NIAC
Taking of hostages - NIAC
Torture - NIAC
Serious violations of Common Article 3 - NIAC
