Chapter II Definition of Terms
Section 3. For purposes of this Act, the term:
(b) "Arbitrary deportation or forcible transfer of population" means forced displacement of the persons concerned by expultion by expulsion or other coercive acts from the area in which they are lawfully present, without grounds permitted under domestic or international law.
Deportation of population - crimes against humanity
Forcible transfer of population - crimes against humanity
Ordering displacement of the civilian population - NIAC
Unlawful deportation - IAC
Unlawful transfer - IAC
