Chapter III Crimes Against International Humanitarian Law, Genocide and Other Crimes Against Humanity
Section 4. War Crimes. - For the purpose of this Act, "war crimes" or "crimes against Interntional Human Humanitarian Law" means:
(c) Other serious violations of the laws and customs applicable in armed conflict, within the established framework of international law, namely:
(1) Internationally directing attacks against the civilian population as such or against individual civilians not taking direct part in hostilities;
Intentionally directing attacks against individual civilians not taking part in hostilities - IAC
Intentionally directing attacks against individual civilians not taking part in hostilities - NIAC
Intentionally directing attacks against the civilian population - IAC
Intentionally directing attacks against the civilian population - NIAC
