Chapter III Crimes Against International Humanitarian Law, Genocide and Other Crimes Against Humanity
Section 4. War Crimes. - For the purpose of this Act, "war crimes" or "crimes against Interntional Human Humanitarian Law" means:
(c) Other serious violations of the laws and customs applicable in armed conflict, within the established framework of international law, namely:
(24) Commiting any of the following acts:
(iii) Using children under the age of eighteen (18) years to participate actively in hostilities;
Using children under 15 to participate actively in hostilities - IAC
Using children under 15 to participate actively in hostilities - NIAC
