widespread or systematic attack directed against any civilian population, with knowledge of the attack –
Awareness of conflict - crimes against humanity

Knowledge of the attack - crimes against humanity
Widespread or systematic attack - crimes against humanity
Mental element
Knowledge - national proceedings
Knowledge - ICC proceedings
