Division 4—Surrender of persons

28 Surrender warrants

Except where this Division otherwise provides, if a person is remanded under Division 3, the Attorney-General may, subject to section 29, issue a warrant for the surrender of the person.

The surrender warrant must be in writing in the statutory form.
