Division 14—Identification, tracing, and freezing or seizure, of proceeds of crimes within the jurisdiction of the ICC

Subdivision B- Restraining Orders

If the request from the ICC referred to in section 81 involves the making of a restraining order, the Attorney-General is to authorise a proceeds of crime authority to apply to a specified court for a restraining order against the property concerned.
