WAR CRIMES
Article 129. War crimes against property
Any person who, within the context of an armed conflict of an international or noninternational nature :
b) Attacks, destroys or damages buildings dedicated to religion, education, art, science or charitable purposes, historic or cultural monuments, archaeological sites, hospitals and places where the sick and wounded are collected, provided they are not military objectives ;
Intentionally directing attacks against buildings dedicated to religion, education, art, science or charitable purposes, historic monuments, hospitals and places where the sick and wounded are collected - IAC
Intentionally directing attacks against buildings dedicated to religion, education, art, science or charitable purposes, historic monuments, hospitals and places where the sick and wounded are collected - NIAC
