PROCEDURAL OFFENCES, DEFAULT FINES AND CUSTODIAL ESCORT TO COURT
Section 5
Anyone who, at a court session, disturbs the hearing, or takes photographs in the courtroom or violates a regulation or a prohibition order that has been issued pursuant to Chapter 5, Section 9, shall be sentenced to a fine. This shall also apply to anyone who, orally or in a paper filed with the court, employs an unseemly manner of expression. (SFS 1991:241)
