Article 21 - Legal Assistance and Official Cooperation
All Courts in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Republika Srpska and Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina shall be bound to provide legal assistance to the Court.
All authorities of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Republika Srpska and Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina shall be bound to maintain official cooperation with the Court, the Prosecutor and other bodies participating in criminal proceedings.
