§ 312. Unlawful interrogation
A preliminary investigator or prosecutor who uses violence in order to compel a person to give testimony
shall be punished by a pecuniary punishment or by 1 to 5 years’ imprisonment.
Fair trial standards
Rights during investigation - not to be subjected to any form of coercion, duress or threat, to torture or to any other form of cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment
