ยง 324. Unlawful treatment of prisoners or persons in detention or custody
An official of a custodial institution who, taking advantage of his or her official position, degrades the dignity of a prisoner or a person in detention or custody, or discriminates against such person or unlawfully restricts his or her rights,
shall be punished by a pecuniary punishment or up to one year of imprisonment.
