§ 328. Escape of prisoners, persons in detention or custody

(1) Escape of a prisoner, a person in detention or custody
is punishable by a pecuniary punishment or up to 3 years’ imprisonment.

(2) The same act, if committed :
1) by using violence ; or
2) by a group,
is punishable by up to 5 years’ imprisonment.
