Article 68
Compulsory assistance
Assistance by a defender is compulsory :
(a) in the first questioning of a defendant held under arrest or detention ;
(b) from the time the indictment is presented until such a time as a decision is rendered final, particularly in lodging an appeal ;
(c) in filing claims ;
(d) in such other cases as stated in the law.
